6. Third Wave’s X2110 Server and FreeBSD

別にドスパラ/サードウェーブの宣伝をするわけではないですが、 THIRDWAVE SERVER X2110 に FreeBSD 12-Release をインストールして数ヶ月になります。

とりあえず問題なく動いていますのでdmesg晒しておきます。 悪いことには使わないでね。

この子はBMC(っていうの?Ethernetの口がついてて多分そこから電源on/offとか できるやつ)がついてて、COM1はどうやらBMC側に向いているみたい。 だからシリアルコンソールにboot message流そうとして随分頑張ったけど gettyが起きてこなくてだめだった。 COM2を使えば行けるはずなんだけどなぁ。 なので、電源投入時にシングルユーザモードに入る、みたいなことができません。 誰かやり方知ってたらぜひご教示を!
